SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note international orders may be subject to customs charges, handling fees or VAT which may mean you have to pick up your delivery as well as make payment, all of which may cause delays.
Feedback from customers in the following countries may be useful as a guide to additional fees:
Germany: An extra 8.25 Euros was paid to receive the delivery
Netherlands: An extra 5.50 Euros was paid to receive the delivery
USA, Canada and India: No customs or additional fees, delivery for some it's taken two weeks plus!
UAE: Customers with PO Box received their books but it was delayed.

LOST or DELAYED POST
If you do not receive your notebook, 25 working days after it was posted, please do get in touch, I will then contact Royal Mail to begin the “lost or delayed post” claims process.
